Defensive Driving Class

All Red Cross volunteers who need to drive chapter vehicles as part of their volunteer job are required to take a Defensive Driving class. This is a 4 hour theory course, followed by a test drive in a chapter vehicle. Pre-requisites for this class include: Motor Vehicle Report (may be obtained at the Department of Licensing) a copy of your driver’s license and a copy of your vehicle insurance on file at the chapter.
